Pre-Kindergarten registration is for children who:

·          turn age 4 by September 1, 2008

·      meet immunization requirements, and also meet one of the following conditions:

      qualify according to federal eligibility guidelines based on language /or homeless/ or income/or parent serving on active duty in the armed forces/or in the conservatorship of the Department of Family and Protective Services following an adversary Hearing.

Documentation required to register includes All of the following:

·          Parent or Legal Guardian must register the student.

·          Proof of Residency—(electric, gas, or water bill; lease agreement with student's name listed) and parent's valid driver's license.

·          Legal state issued birth certificate. Only Certified copy accepted (Hospital issued certificate will not be accepted, per state mandate.)

·          Immunization records— See http://www.neisd.net/health/immuniztion.htn for updated immunization record requirements.

·        Student’s Social Security card or State ID.
