Stahl Choir is open to Stahl's 4th and 5th grade students. No audition is necessary.
In season, choir meets every Tuesday and Thursday after school from 2:50 - 3:25 pm.
All choir students must be picked up by 3:30 pm.

ALL CHOIR MEMBERS (including returning members) MUST RETURN A SIGNED PERMISSION SLIP and a SIGNED NEISD EXTRACURRICULAR FORM to attend.
If a choir member must miss a rehearsal, please send a note in excuse, as per our choir contract.  Three unexcused absences will result in a member being removed from choir.
All choir members must be passing all classes and have an "S" for conduct in all areas at Report Card time. Choir members who are not meeting this standard will be placed on suspention until they have either a report card or a progress report detailing passing grades or satisfactory conduct.

Stahl Music T-shirts
It is our goal to have the Choir perform in a "uniform" of Stahl Music t-shirt and jeans.  (These shirts will also count for Spirit Day.)

Our STAHL MUSIC shirt is 50/50% cotton in Royal Blue.  
The t-shirt reads STAHL in a rainbow arch.

We are very excited about these shirts and our new unified look.
T-shirts cost $8.00.

Choir Dates:
There will be NO Choir the week of Early Dismissal (30 Sept. and 2 Oct.)
The LAST day to enter Choir will be: Tuesday, 7 Oct. '08.
T-shirts will be ordered after Choir on Tuesday, 7 Oct.
They will arrive in about two weeks and will be delivered to students after Choir rehearsal.
Only orders which are paid in full will be placed.
(Students with unpaid orders will be sent a reminder note ahead of time.)

Upcoming Performances:
Winter Concert Assemblies:  2 December, 8:15 am (following morning announcements)
Winter Concert (for parents and families): 2 December, 6:30 pm (following the PTA meeting), please gather in Ms. Garcia's room by 6:15 pm.  2nd Annual Choir Bake Sale!  beginning at 6pm and running until the concert begins.  Please bring 2 dozen individually wrapped items to share.
17th Annual Holiday Festival (San Antonio Airport): Saturday, 6 December, 11:30 am in Terminal II (this is a CHANGE!) by the baggage claim (please arrive by 11:15 am, parking should be approximately $2)

The photo make up date will be Tuesday, 9 December at 10:55 am.  Please wear your Stahl Music shirt and jeans.
